Impractical for us
We bought these bibs as people generally seem to like them. The construction and fit is fine - they're well made and durable and, apart from the usual trickiness with getting baby to wear long sleeves, comfortable. Our problem is the fleecy front. I don't understand this - instead of being a wipeclean surface, it means the bib must be washed after each use. Which would be fine BUT the fleece seems to hold on to the foodstuff like crazy. I end up rinsing it thoroughly before washing, then there is STILL food stuck to it after a full machine wash. The other completely impractical aspect is that they leak colour. Seriously, any baby garment that leaks colour is ridiculous as it means you have to do a separate wash, or you have multi-coloured baby gros. And, if you're already running the machine twice a day, that's a pain. I don't want do a wash just for three bibs, grrrr. So, these totally don't work for us. I'd go for a similar design in plain plastic any day.

Snuggly and great value
This is an excellent and flexible product. It is excellent quality and so much better than many of the other alternatives on the market that are the same price or more and not nearly as nice. I do tend to use mine properly more in the pushchair than the car as I can't be bothered adjusting the straps in the car seat to accommodate the foot muff so just put it on top of my toddler like a blanket - it would be great if you lived somewhere very cold and wanted to use it constantly in the car and just leave it in place though. I think it might also be challenging to lift a sleeping toddler from their pushchair to the carseat while in the footmuff and secure them in, although in theory you should be able to do this too.

My only criticism of this excellent item would be that the zip is sometimes a little stiff as there is a lot of fluffy material around it that it can get stuck on and it is not the smoothest zip in the first place. However overall I cannot imagine being happier...
