Our best-selling shawl had a makeover.. having sold our beautiful 100% Merino Wool Baby Shawl for years, in its natural unbleached, undyed state by popular demand we introduced the same item in this lovely soft off-white. The shawl is beautifully crafted in Nottingham, the centre of the English lace industry, from fine merino wool, using the same traditional designs that have been in use for hundreds of years. It is a slightly modern take on a traditional heirloom baptism shawl and, whilst still practical - being warm yet lightweight - it is wonderfully delicate but, looked after preperly, it will be cherished for years... even for generations... Our Nottingham manufacturers have been making these special shawls for the babies of celebrities and Royalty alike for many years.
