Omron Gentle Temp GT510 Ear Thermometer
Difficult to use, questionable readings.
I rarely write reviews, but feel strongly that this is a waste of money and would urge others not to buy. My husband bought it from a local pharmacy in an emergency as we had a sick baby at home and our previous thermometer had malfunctioned after many years of service. I found it very awkward to use, having to keep referring back to the instructions in the middle of the night, it takes too long to read a temperature and when it does I don't feel that the readings are truly accurate. I have been a nurse for 20 years and I can't think that I have come across a more difficult to use thermometer. I work in Oncology and often advise patients undergoing chemotherapy to buy a digital thermometer during treatment, I would not suggest this one!
